You do not need to register prior to placing your order. You can check out as a Guest or you can register as soon as you have finished shopping. Do you take orders over the phone?

Unfortunately at this time we do not take orders over the phone. You can however place an order directly from our online website, or from a store which carries our products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Paypal which accepts the following payment types:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express

Paypal payments are free, secure, and do not require an account.

Do you restock sold out items?

Some or our items are unique, one-of-a-kind products which cannot be restocked. Other popular items such as many of our graphic tees, do become restocked.  If you’re looking for a particular item that is no longer in the shop, our Customer Service Team will be happy to confirm availability. FAQ: ORDER STATUS

How do I check on the status of my order?

There are 2 ways:

  1. You can view the status of your order by logging into your account.  Your orders will appear under “Recent Orders”. Click here to login to your account to view the status.  Click on the order number to get detailed information on the order status.
  2. You can click on Track Order at the footer of the page.  You will need your Order # and email address.

How do I get my Order # to track my order?

You can get your Order # off your confirmation email .  Confirmations are sent via email once your order has been received. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.  To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to “My Account” to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

What kinds of shipping options to you offer?

We use USPS, and charge a flat rate of $5.99 on all orders. Some products, such as stickers, have free shipping, which is noted on the product page.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. Click here to track your order.

FAQ: RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

While it’s not common, if we sent you the wrong item, size or color we’ll be happy to get you the right item right away, as long as it’s unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Just let us know by using our Customer Support page.  Please make sure to reach out to us right away, we need to start the process within 30 days of the ship date.

If you’re not happy with your purchase and have not worn, washed or damaged the t-shirt or piece of merchandise, just contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, minus your original shipping charge.  Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.  At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.
